Fidelity Offshore Web site users that elect to provide an e-mail address to Fidelity Distributors Company LLC are eligible to receive e-mail subject to their individual and firm's restrictions, including but not limited to contact from individual wholesalers. In addition, users have the option to select broadcast messages that contain breaking Fidelity news, new service announcements, and performance updates.

With the exception of deleting an e-mail address, all modifications to profile information will be confirmed by e-mail.
